Kenneth N. (Kenny) Goff

Kenneth N. (Kenny) Goff passed away at the Mosaic Hospital in Maryville, Missouri a the age of 85. He was born November 29, 1935 in Worth County, the only son of Francis N. and Rosa Goff. Kenny farmed most of his life in Worth County. He retired and moved to Maryville, Missouri in 1994. He worked part time for Watkins Hardware after moving to Maryville.

Kenny married Ruby King on February 20, 1955. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary this year. In 1965 they joined the Blockton, Iowa Christian Church, withdrawing their membership from the Brethren  in Christ Church in Grant City, Missouri where they had membership for the first 10 years of married life.

Kenny and Ruby enjoyed traveling to Arizona, spending their winters there for several years after retiring to Maryville.

Preceding Kenny in death were his parents, Francis N. and Rosa Goff, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Chester and Opal King.

He is survived by his wife Ruby, sisters: Vetra (Gary) James, Betty Fletchall, Elenora French; 3 sisters-in-law: Chesteen Stuck, Mary Wintjen, and Vera King as well as many nieces and nephews.

The body has been cremated and there  will be no services at this time. Arrangements  are under direction of Prugh-Dunfee Funeral Home in Grant City, Missouri.
